Rental Information

We offer a variety of rentals to members and non-members including:

• Two large meeting rooms, the Pavilion and Lounge
• Kitchen equipped with a commercial stove and refrigerator

Hall rentals

The Hacienda complex has two halls and a kitchen that are available for rent daily or weekly. All halls are heated and air conditioned.

The Pavilion is our larger hall (43' x 80') that is great for events up to 300 people. Large windows run along two walls letting in the sunlight and the view of the Pavilion Lawn.

The Pavilion rental includes:

• Stage
• Bar
• Refrigerator
• PA audio system
• Chairs
• Rectangle Tables - 8' and 6' long.

Large Spanish mission style carved double doors open off main arched entry of the Hacienda into our Lounge Hall. Glass doors open out into an adjacent courtyard with fountain in the middle that may be used in conjunction with the Lounge.

The Lounge is L shaped with 47' x 21' & 32' x 19' dimensions and will fit up to 130 people.

The Lounge rental includes:

• Bar
• Refrigerator
• Ice Machine
• Spanish mission style fireplace
• Chairs
• Rectangle Tables - 8' and 6' long

Kitchen Rental

You can prepare all the meals you need to in our large commercial kitchen. It can easily accommodate 8 cooks at once and has serving windows that opens up to the courtyard.

• Commercial 6 burner stove
• Large double oven
• Large commercial refrigerator
• Freezer
• Flattop griddle
• Commercial style sink
• Commercial grade meat slicer

Note: Does not include any cooking equipment, dishes, flatware, or glasses.

Apartment Rentals

At the Hacienda complex we have two apartments that are available for rent. Both apartments come with the following:

• Fully equipped kitchen including pots and pans
• Dining room
• Linens service provided
• Stove
• Dishwasher
• Pots and pans

Both apartments can be rented by the day or week.

Apartment A is a three bedroom apartment on the upper floor. It features: Sleeping for 8 people Two queen beds in the master bedroom. Two twin beds in the second bedroom. Queen bed in the third bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Two attached balconies: Front overlooks the front lawn. Back overlooks the courtyard fountain.

Apartment B is a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. It features: Sleeping for 6 people: Queen bed in the master bedroom. Two twin beds in the second bedroom. Queen sofa bed in the living room. One full bathroom Washer and dryer unit.
