Architectural Control & Compliance Committee

A committee of members appointed by the Board to issue Assoc. permits and oversee CC&R compliance.

The ACC Committee meets monthly to review permit applications on either on the 1st Tuesday or the day before a Board Meeting. In order to make sure that your submission is included on their agenda please submit any permit applications or Investigation requests by the the Friday before they meet.
All Requests for Investigation are CONFIDENTIAL, but must be signed.
