Pool, Workout & Library Facilities

Located at the Hacienda, the association provides a seasonal pool and a year-round workout room & lending library. Access to these is via an electronic Access Tag that members may check out at the Hacienda office for indefinite use. There is a nominal deposit when checking out the Access Tag. (Members without access tags may check in at the Hacienda office to use during office hours.)

The workout room and lending library are open to Association members only. Using the electronic access tag these are available from 5 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week. The Exercise area has updated commercial grade gym equipment including a 4 station weight system, an upright multi use station, both upright and reclining exercise bikes, treadmill, an elliptical machine and rowing machine. The library is a help-your-self sharing facility by the members.

The seasonal pool is open in the summer for use by members and their guests (up to 6). Tenants of the Hacienda apartments are also allowed use of the pool during the posted open hours. The pool is not rented for events or for use by event guests.

The large pool provides adequate length for lap swimming and water exercises as well playing and cooling off. The surrounding patio and rec area provides both shaded and full sun seating areas. There is also a small lawn with a slide play structure and a BBQ area.
