As of Feb 1st, 2024 the Apartment Rental Rates for both Members and Non-Members are changing to a simplified single rate all year round instead of having different seasonal rates during the year. Member rates have not been raised. Confirmed reservations already made before Feb 2024 are not affected by this change.
